Penhale Caravan & Camping Park, Fowey, Cornwall from Paula, August 2010
Holiday Type: Beach: Sun, Sea and Sand
Was Penhale Caravan & Camping Park, Fowey good for kids?:It was brilliant for children, lots of room, we were in a campsite that overlooked Mevagissey Bay which was beautiful to see first thing in the morning when you opened the tent. There was a games room and a shop but mainly it was good as there was lots of room for the children to play on the campsite, they played football, frisbee, cricket, swingball!

We went to the Eden Project which was only a couple of miles away, we went to Looe on the car ferry which was very different for the children, we went to the Cornish Marketworld which is the largest indoor market in the area, attached to that was Kidworld a large indoor play zone for children aged 2-12. We also had the beach close by and had day trips to Penzance, Lizard Point, Falmouth, Lands End and Truro.
